The ACLU's vision of an uncensored Internet was clearly shared by the U.S. Supreme Court when it struck down the 1996 Communications Decency Act (CDA), a federal law that outlawed "indecent" communications online. Ruling unanimously in Reno v. ACLU, the Court declared the Internet to be a free speech zone, deserving of at least as much First Amendment protection as that afforded to books, newspapers and magazines. The government, the Court said, can no more restrict a person's access to words or images on the Internet than it could be allowed to snatch a book out of a reader's hands in the library, or cover over a statue of a nude in a museum.

So Hez, yes this country guarantees your free speech (1st amendment), but it doesn't mean that we have to put up with your lack of attentiveness to being intelligent or anything you say is correct or intelligent. If you want to be respected on the internet, in the classroom, in the workplace, or any social circle, you might want to try a bit harder to not intentionally stupid (because it's obvious you're being intentional).

 

Plus, we have chat rules here, you can't say anything you want and get away with it

 

Man look... I asked a sincere question basically sayin "what is going to change about potions?" And then u bombard me with rude and non cool statements... That's what peeves me.

 

Well I'd be happy to respond to your question about "what is going to change about potions?". That's English and a coherent thought that I'm glad to respond to.

What is going to happen is that we are going to be balancing potion damage a little bit when it applies to armored targets. It's still in testing. More news will come as we have exact data. Talk to Random0ne or NDV if you are interested in participating in the testing going on the test server. We'd love to have a pro potion bomber who believe in "potions for life" to help with the testing.
