The house market is subaverage here on SC, and I will be surprised if you get 15k off of that home. Plus, the 8k in supplies? You removed a lot from the house

While I understand your want for the recuperation of your losses in building the house, there're two things that I would like to make a note of:

1) Most people with the money to purchase a house have no need for a house in peaceful, as they would already own their own. A pvp house would sell slightly better I would imagine.

2) The house actually offers very little in the way of practicality apart from aesthetics. Something that would improve the retail value of the house would be the addition of farms (both plant and mob) and/or a mineshaft. As mentioned above, an interior would be good, but not 100% necessary; I'm assuming you've done proper floors though.

 

Hinestly if i add that who here would buy that im getting the high offer of 100r

Final piece of advice.

Basic business relies on supply and demand. If there's no demand, then there's no need for a supply. The people who would need a home in peaceful are the ones without one already (I'm assuming most people are like me and only need one home), to this end, maybe find a group of new players who need a base. There is your ideal market.
