Generally troubleshooting consists of: Restarting. Reinstalling. Updating. Googling it/going to the official site. Chances are, you're not the first. Disabling extensions. Deleting extensions. Waiting a day. Switching browser.

Why are you referring to a forum composed of random minecraft players for something like this? Like nava said, there are forums made specifically for things like this.
Finally got the problem sorted out. I had tons of Mal-ware on my computer preventing Chrome from booting it up. Cleared it all out and now everything is running perfectly.
