hey guys us with crappy computers noticed after 1.1 that our chat became faded reason being our graphics cards don't fully support opengl the background still has full color (although slightly faded) but our text sucks there is a quick fix now http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/981282-125-white-text-fix/ ^ this guy is now my hero he came out with a fix to it, basically just changing the text color .class file into the old one it is compadible with optifine, but I think you have to do something to make that work hope this helped -danaxz
