Generally creative keeps names on file and pick when needed. But you may want to ask an active admin to take over from here
Make it so you have to have x number of votes per week to keep a low level world edit. same with promotions you must have your build and x number...
Vote for world edit. Said it before and that is the only thing players on creative ever want. Then if you want more than that donate
