No peaceful warp??

Hey,
I'm in the main world and I attempt to go into peaceful world, but there's no warp for it. So now I am sort of stuck doing nothing, can anyone help?

 

Did you do /warp list [page]?
And did you look for a portal in the portal building?

 

I was online while he was trying to figure this out. "/warp" and "/home" gave him a "no permission" info. In the portal room is no active portal to Peaceful.

Initially he was on the PvP map asking for help to get to Peaceful world. We directed him to PvP spawn, where he got to main spawn.

Yes, it's just 'zero557' No capitals, the zero is spelt zero, that's exactly my in-game name.
