Thievery and Provoking

A player named Stone_Stylo was bothering me and dmdare1994 at approximately 12 AM on 10/23. He was getting in my way as i built a roof, sailing all our boats to random places and breaking them, and he finally stole 2 stacks of stone bricks i had intended for dmdare1994. During this time,i had repeatedly told him to please go away. I trapped him on my roof, and when i asked for them back, he first said anything dropped was fair game, but according to the rules, interrupting a drop trade is punishable to ban. He later said he died and dropped them, but after my friend had searched the entire town, he saw no stone bricks. He then began provoking me. Should Stone_Stylo be brought to justice for what he has done? Today it is bricks, tomorrow, gold, and later yet diamonds and accounts. We must

What about the fact that you spammed chat for a good 10 mins or so about this. That is punishable as well!
