Locked outta SC D:

    Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this thread I didn't really know where to put it. Can a mod help me with this? I'm apparently banned from the creative server (I don't know why but ok) the only problem with this is that I left off on creative so now I can't get on the survival server. :/

    BTW my name has been changed to BlueJayGaming825

    Really? It should kick you to the lobby when you join a banned server. I'll take a look.

    thatcoolperson You aren't banned on any server, probably used the wrong IP. Use mc.shadecrest.com to connect.

    Thanks for the help ezeiger, I double-checked that I'm using mc.shadecrest.com to connect but I'm getting the same error

    Hrm, well apparently our "kick to lobby" feature only works when a player is online and kicked/banned.
    Also, you did have a ban through the vanilla /ban, rather than our database. Odd.

    Unbanned, try again :S
