I would like to introduce an idea to the server. Someone has more than likely done it before here but it is something i really like doing. Every week or month, you get the idea, you host an event. Like you could do a giant obstacle course that is challenging. You might say well jumping is really not that hard, but when you have 10 people pushing you it is. The winner of the event gets a prize depending on the difficulty of the event. I am currently building an obstacle course in Creative, and if this sounds good to the Staff, and approve it i would like to make the first event just that.
