I'll upload some pics of some fish I caught in the yak this morning.

 

A couple fish I caught not too long ago, both about 15lbs and 20 inches or so

no.. it was a small lake owned by the guy that live there. Catch and release sort of thing. Anyway, I thought carp tasted like crap?

 

Never tried it, but I would imagine so XD since they are bottom feeders

They are carp, and from what I've heard they taste really muddy and bad, would make sense considering they are bottom feeders as you said.

 

Yeah, wasn't planning on eating any if caught some, mostly because they would have come from Hamilton harbour, which has horrible water quality
