Has been in guest chat for ages, either cannot understand when we ask them to use off-topic, or simply refuse. Either way, it is annoying, and not allowed. Thanks.

 

I've seen blue in off-topic before...warping while using /msg can bump you into gc...blue just may not notice...it's happened to me a couple times

Well we have told them multiple times to move in to off topic but they still aren't.
