uneeded TS3 Channels

People are creating unnecessary channels.
Either the ability to do so has to be revoked from normal users,
or these people need to be punished

Anyone can make a temporary channel, you don't need permissions.

 

To clarify, the channel disappears once no one is in it.

 

I can set it up so people can't make temp channels. It's not necissary anyhow
