Help me build my house!

Hi there.
Essentially I have started a house project thing that I do not feel like finishing, I have the design on creative that you can just look at and replicate on survival. I have about 50% done but am too lazy to finish, I have an 18k budget for this. So I suppose I could pay 15k to one person to finish it, and give them the materials that I have and if need be. If the materials I give them do not suffice I could give them the 3k to buy more materials. If more than one person wants to help with this we can figure out a way to split the money.

No dead line. Just prefer it's finished sooner than later.
