Everything broke (Towny in safe mode, warps not working, can't move)

    After the restart the server has been a *tad* wonkey.
    • "[Towny Error] Locked in Safe mode!" (most/all towny commands disabled)
    • /home doesn't teleport
    • /warp doesn't teleport
    • Any small movement (walk or look) causes the player to jump back and forth between positions
    • Any large movement (continuing one of ^) will kick you "Too many packets (extreme lag?)"
    • Message above comes from nocheat, so presumably that isn't working well either
    • Can lag into floor and die (no way out)
    So... Who needs to be smacked?

    This happened before. Something about someone town was messing it up and it had to be deleted. It was Earth last time, not sure who it could be this time. Maybe tech's new town Pandora?
