i didnt lock another persons chest
who and were they near my home set?
the last person i looted from i found chests in his chest so i took them made a double chest and took stuff and put it in there i made my house not far from there and i would go back and take from the chest i put in his attic and i would go back and fourth to transfer the stuff from that chest that i put stuff from chest stealing from earlier so is that legal to chest loot then place a chest and lock it for later?

Even if you were the one to place the chest, you can't lock blocks in other peoples houses. That's like placing bedrock as they can't actually remove it themselves.

 

thanks i put it in the attic planning to remove it after i finished my home i will never do it again
