Ban appeal

I know my ban was temp, but what i did was NOT griefing. I spoke to the user who made a long subway under my house and castle. After he gave me a hard time he agreed to tear it down and paid me 1000r. I accepted and updated to 1.8 shortly after. Next after the server went 1.8 I got on and the railway was still there. I thought nothing of it until i noticed Moeps2 (Owner of the tunnel) running through my house AGAIN. I told him to leave and he did, I later (like 5 minutes later) came back an he is in my house again. Now I told him to remove the railway and he did not. So I went and filled in the area attaching to my house. (Still on my property, like 15 blocks away from my walls underground) I now come on and find I am temp banned until tommorow afternoon. I wouldn't mind but this is technically a week ban cuz im not allowed to play on my PC durring the week. Please consider this and don't ban me more (I don't know why you would, I just feel that, that would be my luck :-\)
