My whole neighborhood has power blinking on and off which includes me so to avoid login ban,imma stay off the game until I know its safe,no clue why power is blinking but nuffin I can do but wait it out

That is a man, more specifically the actor Matt Smith in his role as "The Doctor" in the televised series of "Doctor Who" which is currently in its 50th year. This is from his first official episode as the 11th incarnation of the character, where he famously eats fish fingers with custard, after first rejecting a host of other meals such as (but not limited to) an apple and 2 rashers of bacon.

I had a doctor who themed surprise party for a close friend the other day and we server this and some of my 'friends' (not really because they didn't get the reference) it actually tasted good.
