i would tell an admin right away... so the admin could adjust it instead of taking all of someones rupies. i did this once to pyro, bankrupted him... he wasnt very happy, but i admitted it was asinine of me and i gave back most of his money.. doing that to someone is shameful, then gloating about it is even worse.
