Sons ban

I'm not very Impressed that when I tried to contact you regarding my sons appeal that's i was blocked from the chat. I would like to try to sort out what my son has done as all he's done for the past few days is play this game. I would know as he uses the main tv and it prohibits us from watching tv. He's always showing me what he's achieved on your server and it seems like it means a lot to him. All I ask is to have a civilised conversation with the gentleman that banned him and try to work things out.

I don't know why the other post was locked... but as what other people said, xraying is illegal and we clearly state in our rules cheating/hacking is not allowed. I'm sorry your son is upset about this, but he should have known the consequences beforehand.

 

He knew very well that what he did was wrong and him and I are truly sorry for the rules of your server. He is willing to do anything to get back on the server, as am I willing to do what it takes to get him back on. He said that you can reset his inventory and his balance in game. I'm not sure if this helps or not but I'm willing to try anything to get him back on the server.

 

Resetting his inventory and balance is an option. Most people who cheat get over it if they get caught and go to another server to cheat... I don't really see a problem in him getting unbanned.

Okay, I will try to get him unbanned as soon as whenever we can get his in-game balance reset. It most likely would be within the next 1-3 days.
