vajra and trade o mat

had a vajra vanish on me while clearing out a labyrinth today. Dyno replaced it and when I logged back in it had vanished again. 2 empty trade o mats in my shop at the end fountain are acting like someone else set them need those picked and replaced too. thanks

 

First person to open the interface on the trade-o-mat becomes the owner just like personal safes and other things.

 

so just placing them isn't enough ok thanks
