Have you ever been banned from this server? If so, explain.
Yes, once for combat logging(1), and another time for not immediately informing a staff member that a previously banned member came back on an alternate account(2). (1) Pretty simple, I almost killed brenthi, and he logged off to go take out the trash. I ran away a little bit, waited 20 or 30 seconds, and then warped. Arch banned me later, even though brenthi had not come back, and nobody else had been chasing me. Brenthi did not come back until the next day, and was not banned. (2) Bwags47 had been banned for breaking into jail cells on the server, and came back on multiple alternate accounts. On one of the first few, he came to me and made some casual conversation. I didn't think anything of it, and talked with him for a bit. It's been a while and I don't remember the details, but I was basically told to tell somebody if Bwags came back on another alt. Im pretty sure I was banned for a week before Nrayf determined that I could be trusted.

Yes, I am 15. Despite actions on TS, I can clean up for moderator responsibilities.

No, I've not been a staff member on any server.

I do not, and most likely will not have a smartphone (due to financial difficulties). I can get a Skype account if it is absolutely necessary, and I am on TS daily.
Are you active on the server?
Yes, anywhere from 1-3 hours a day, 4-6 on weekends.

How often are you online, and is there any time in the foreseeable future that you will be gone for a week or more?
Again, 1-3 hours a day, and 4-6 on weekends. Chances are that I will be gone for about half of the summer, but the rest of the time, and come next september, I should be very active.
What sets you apart? Why should you be picked?
I've noticed that during a large portion of the time I am on, there are about 5 or 6 people online, and no staff members. Come summer time, there will be more members on the server at all times, and I feel that I could fill in that time slot. I have also noticed that a large majority of the staff members that are on when I am on, are going to college, and may or may not be able to be on as often. Being a freshman in high school ( ) I am not going to have very many obligations next year, and will be able to be on just as much as I have been this year.

I'd like to correct my ban listing section. I had NOT been banned for the incident for Bwags, only given a warning. I had however been banned for harassing a player. Back when mods could fly and teleport players, Alan321 had told Due_Date and I of a house with many unlocked chests. We went there and took some stuff, and Due_Date had killed some animals, and at this point, there was no way to see who had done it (I would also like to point out that killing animals was a rather recent addition to the rules at that time). Max banned Due_Date and I, as he didn't know who the offender was, and when Due_Date explained what had happened, max decided to keep us both banned, as we had been slightly mean to the player. I later spoke with the player and offered to give him whatever I had taken, along with some money. He politely refused, and said that it wasn't really a big deal, and that he forgave me The player's name was something to the effect of Raylawerence.
