I was banned by Subway for "using bad language on signs". This of course was in reference to the crack stand, a black market for all to enjoy. I'm appealing this because I don't exactly see how I was breaking the rules. It didn't offend anyone (in fact, Max thought it to be quite hilarious), unless you count the words "crack" as an offensive or derogatory term. Only subway had a problem with it, and never clearly stated his opinion. I can't see how I possibly broke the rules other than some that Subway must have made up. I do have another problem though, Subway left a sign a couple days ago, and tore down part of the stand. I can assume he was the one who left the sign saying "if you do it again I will ban you". He left no name, didn't contact me in game, nothing. I find that offensive that he wouldn't even take the effort to contact me about what happened. With all that said, I would like the staff to review this over. And make your decision from there. Good day to you all. One last thing... I did an overview on the rules while proof-reading this and found this rule. If you harass someone, in TS, the forums, or in game, you will be banned. This is non-negotiable. Do not call names, do not constantly mess with them, if someone tells you to stop doing something, even if it's not against the rules, you should stop. I understand the part where it says "if someone tells you to stop doing something, even if it's not against the rules, you should stop." It's just that Subways way of telling me to stop was so discreet and indirect, it almost seemed more like a threat than a friendly warning.
I saw what you said in chat subway, if you'd like to post that here, and explain your reason for banning me. By all means. Do so.
I feel that ZP's ban was unjustified. Subway should have contacted you, and warned you directly. That's just my opinion. It was just a little joke, I thought it was funny, though, I thought nothing of it. Max got a kick out of it, we all laughed. We just ignored it after
