Hey guys, My name is Michael (IGN: mhylands), and I wanted to introduce myself. I plan on at least starting on the survival server, maybe later do some things on creative. I have been playing Minecraft for well over a year, and on multiple servers. Most of the servers have been owned by friends or myself. So, I do have three months experience running a server, and I enjoyed seeing what mods were out there and creating a world where I also had to be careful not to intrude on my friends who were enjoying a vanilla, survival style game play. If anyone is interested, I have an old photo album (via photobucket, gross, I know) of a couple things I did on the server while learning how to build. I found this server via Planet Minecraft, and after watching the videos and reading the comments, I simply felt it would be a good choice for trying out another large server where I did not already know everyone. It has been awhile since I tried building in survival, so I feel it will be a fun experience. As for myself, I am a store manager at a local coffee shop in Colorado Springs. I also enjoy playing guitar, and even played bass guitar in several bands, such as Frozen Eternity (melodic death metal), Deflycsiun (progressive metal), and Anarclitz (punk). I also golf when I get the chance, and watch a ton of anime. Of course, I also make attempts at artwork, including anime/manga style, with most of them not being all that great. Overall, I look forward to trying out a new server, and really hope it is as amazing as it sounds.
