Having had time to rest and reflect on my ban I feel the need to address you once more. That I was banned from a minecraft server (even one as beautiful as Shadecrest) matters little to me. What upsets me is the insult of being called a cheater when I am no such thing. I will not make any further attempt to prove my innocence, for it can not be proven any more than my guilt. The only evidence my accuser (and judge) based his decision on was a few minutes of silly gameplay. This is what bothers me; I was permanently banned because one person did not like the way I was digging. There was no substantial evidence of cheating and there could not be, because it did not occur. Yet somehow the burden of proof falls on me and it is much harder to prove innocence than guilt. I understand that this is no court and the owners/operators of this server are well within their rights to refuse access to anyone, but I cannot abide a false attack on my character and say nothing. If none of the server staff see the absurdity of the injustice done to me, perhaps it is best that I was banned. I would not wish to spend my time with people who so eagerly seek out heretics to burn. I do not expect my words to overturn my ban, but if they do I would humbly ask for a sincere apology from my accuser before rejoining the community. I wish your server all the best and hope that this situation is a catalyst for a review of your policies regarding judgment of supposed offenders. At the very least I would suggest the rules be updated to include "Mining like a n00b will result in a permanent ban." Cheers, Taconomics - Undisputed master of the worldwide taco economy
