Recently, I was banned from Shade Crest for the following reason:
"Using notice client" (I'm assuming notice client means the nodis griefing client.)

First I would like to say that I did not use the nodis client and I am incapable of installing simple mods into my minecraft.jar without corrupting my Java file. If you have proof that I use a client that I can't even install properly, I'd be glad to either explain how that has nothing to do with a hacked client. I have bought up two different scenarios that can allow someone to believe I'd be using hacks.

    1. My High Fishing Level
In terms of McMMO, my fishing level is the highest on the server, with a level in the high 600s (can't remember the exact number). After jealousy and anger arose from people realizing I could fish up the unobtainable Disk 11, suspicion arose with it. While fishing in my cove, nrayf did make sure I was not AFK fishing nor hacking, which I was not. Although it may be hard to believe, fishing is one of the things that actually brings me joy. Seeing a ghast tear or a high durability diamond pickaxe rise from the water does make me happy and does give me motivation to keep on fishing up treasure like that. If you don't believe that anybody can fish for so long like that, don't judge the way I play minecraft and do what you do while I do what I do. I even fished with a few town members, and I'm confident they know that I did not use a special mod to fish.

    2. Erathia's Raid on DragonForge
A couple nights ago, a few people from Erathia (obviously including me) went to go raid DragonForge. After deeming it unsuccessful, we were all going to retreat. Before leaving with Due_Date, I saw nrayf show up on the Dynamic Map (I had 2 monitors for easy access, one of them downloading and installing updates + showing dynmap). Immediately becoming wary, I looked toward the direction of where we say nrayf (near a building near the town wall) and I could see a short nameplate. Assuming that he was one of the only members (if not the only member) from DragonForge online at the time that could have a nameplate so short, I presumed it was nrayf. After we called him out, we were told to do some kind of screenshot test. I did not realize that my computer was automatically restarting in a few minutes and as soon as I was going to take the screenshots, my computer force restarted and turned back on. After going back on, I was then called a dumbass by nrayf and he told me I could leave. After trying to discuss it with him, he seemed to be busy so I left it alone and went to sleep, as it was quite late. I'm not sure if my bad luck and my computer restarting at a bad time is enough proof that I am an alleged hacker, but that cpuld be considered a notable event that could lead to suspicion.

    3. My "Alternate" Account
Because of the current economical state, my parents decided to rent out our extra bedroom to a nice young man who also plays Minecraft. I told him to check out Shade Crest and he played for a bit and then never went on the server. After nrayf's post about Hacked Clients, I was then scared for my account. In light of these events, I was also getting a bit tired of playing so I thought I might take a small break from playing so much. I then proceeded to /cmodify him to my chests and pay him a majority of my money so he could have a bit of a jump start while playing, which would hopefully give him some interest in playing more. Being that this roommate was on vacation in the Bahamas for the week, I decided to make sure that everything was in order for him when he came back. I turned his computer on and logged in from his account Prince781. Making sure that every chest was able to be opened for him and that he had enough money to last a while, I logged off after 10 minutes. The next day, I went down to the shore (I live in NJ) to relax at the beach for the rest of the day. After coming back home, I found that I had been banned for hacking and that all of my chests were removed. Shocked, I couldn't believe it for myself and I had to see it in person. After logging on to my roommates account to see what it looked like I saw what had really happened. After that, I decided to shut down the computer and try to go to sleep. The next morning, I also wanted to see what was happening with Erathia so I logged on to see a number of different things. A few seconds after logging on, my roommate's account was banned by an admin for the reason of "Just because you have another account doesn't mean you can get around a ban". I felt terrible that not only was my roommate's account banned from playing on Shade Crest forever, but it was me who did it. However, I do have a point to make with this. If you would note (and I'm guessing the logs have this as well), I was only on my friend's account for no more than 10 minutes every session, possibly even much less. If I was really trying to get around the ban, I would instantly try to do something while online, such as start mining or joining Erathia again. However, I did not. The only things I did were check up on things and make sure everything was intact. I was never trying to get around this ban, but I was rather allowing my nice roommate to have the opportunity to have fun on a server that I have had many great times on.

With all due respect to the staff members, I do believe that although these events have made me a suspect for hacking, I can honestly say that everything I did could not lie under the category of hacking or getting around a ban. Although you may not believe me or find it hard to believe from your point of view, I can tell you that all of this is really coming from my heart.

    Thank you

You then logged in, and used nodus to fish up, which I have personal experience with, and I know when nodus is being used.
