Charbeneau's Ban Appeal

Ok well there was a spot in the end that i found and I figured out its good to get ender pearls from so i started using it then when nrayf told me it was illegal i said that i found it and didnt make it. So I kept going since he didnt say anything after that not knowing he ment stop cause he didnt say "Stop" or give any warning

 

It's a 3 day ban because I told you this was illegal, and you continued to use it. Who made it doesn't matter.

 

You didnt say stop or anything I was talking to you but you didnt respond so i thought you just left or something since I said it wasnt me that made it so I thought you were just like "Ok whatever" When you didnt respond couldnt you have said something like "Ok I know its not yours but stop now or I will have to ban you" or something along those lines? I mean its not like im just some new person on the server or someone that has a long history of getting banned. I have a town that I am trying to work on if you told me to stop I would have instantly

 

-No mob traps/grinders. Under or above ground.
-Camping a spawner is allowed, but only if there's no modifications that give you an advantage.
-This is the only warning you get.
Just copying straight out of the rules that everyone plays by.
I told you something was illegal. You continued to use it as I was hawkeyeing around. I don't know how that was unclear at all. Wait out your three day ban, and be happy that I'm letting everyone else who used /home kevmaster1 off the hook.

 

Just saying it doesnt prohibit the use really it just prohibits making them so I am not trying to be troll but technically I didnt Make a {Mob trap/grinder} I just used one someone else made. All I am really saying is I really need to work on my town X.X and would greatly appreciate if I could be unbanned abit sooner cause every minute offline I lose progress cause I have to tell the people that are helping what to do most the time so we can get stuff done. Plus I can be sure no one else does that again there and the home removed but I found it which next time if I find one I will let an admin know

 

I'll ban you for another week if you try to argue that using a grinder is legal, as long as you didn't build it...
