Did you talk to the people who were doing the rule-breaking? What did they say?:

They were talking about doing gross things to an ex-girlfriend. Didn't even pause or stop to think about what they were doing after someone asked them to stop.

Do you think they should be given a punishment for this?:

Yes, I don't think other people deserve having to read this while they play on their favorite server... >_> I typically don't finger point but something like this crosses the line, and clearly not a lot of other people appreciate this.

/modlist told me Manglor was on, but he must have been afk.

I personally don't know them that well, but I believe granniss has a history with a ban of some sort.
