granniss ban appeal

I was recently banned for bug exploitation: stealing from shop chests. For one, I don't remember ever doing that. And a friend said that I was with a number of people. The only time I was ever with a large number of people, was when I was on a raid... with lots of unbanned people. If there was a chest that I stole from on that raid, it was most likely an accident. But I was banned once earlier for fist rushing, and I have tried to be more loyal to the server and I read the rules literally over 20 times, worried that it would happen again. Now it has, if anything I would just like a response on what I did and who I did it with.
