Design Erathia's new spawn!

At Erathia we are in need of a new spawn! I know alan is working on one. But I thought it would be fun to see if anyone wants to design one as well! I will probably reward some sort of prize. I don't know what yet. But it will probably be along the lines of rare items and ores.

Requirements:
The size doesn't matter. But make sure it is on the fairly large scale of things
The theme blocks need to be netherbrick and stone brick.
Incorporate places to put info boards and offices.

Even though nrayf is already the clear winner here, I thought I would share my build anyway.

It has a spawn area with a single bulletin board welcoming new players to town, a town info room with two bulletin boards for town/pvp rules and general town info, four assistant offices, and a mayor's office.
