Ban appeal for Kevmaster1

I would like to fill out a ban appeal for Kevmaster1. He is my little brother and a couple points I have to add to the appeal is that 1 neither me nor him knew where Nrayf's home was. 2 It occurred before the first time he was banned and he was unbanned so why did Nrayf wait till after the first ban was appealed to ban him again.
Shouldn't the ban be void since he already served his time? Also we didnt know you could steal until Nifix told us that you would have to go from spawn then steal so we have avoided stealing till he told us. But all I am asking is that he is unbanned cause I need his help on the server with the town I am making.

 

I'll post screenshots later, as i have to leave now, but i checked it against the logs, there's logs of him warping to the blackmarket, going to my home, and stealing from it.

 

I said we didnt know you could steal so how would that imply breaking a rule unless you count not stealing breaking a rule. But a good reason being is the fact I need my little brother on in order to have a successful town and I really enjoy playing the server with my little brother cause I don't see him much but when I do see him we still play on the server. I just really want to be able to play on this amazing server with my little brother this is the best server we have found and we both really enjoy playing on it.

 

He's banned for warping to loot. That's a simple rule in the guide. If you really don't believe me, I can go pull back up where I found him first warp to my shop, then a few minutes later break into my home nearby, then a few seconds later steal stuff, but do I really have to do that to prove it?

 

I shortened it to a week from his ban date, but be warned, he's been banned twice now, you two better go and read the rules VERY carefully, before you come back. Having a second chance is nice, and a third chance is uncommon, but he won't get a fourth chance. Learn the rules and play by them.
