So this place was where i did most of my farming and what not when i first started on the server. But now i wanted to put it up for sale. The house is located on the north side not far from spawn. Its located underground it has potential for a house on above ground. I am also including 7 chests 6 of them are protected, and since protections are 500r now i thought i would just modify them too have you on them. ill also leave a stack of books shelf's in a chest. There is a 2 block floor between the first floor and lower level.
