0.o and i want a realm or empire so bad!! im sadly going to be gone most of the summer, and want all the current towns to do well and have fun!! so everyone needs to /end bias in disfavor of arcadia

although, we hit 50 members today, and could easily have a dominion ;D i just dont want to fry the town bank in a move that could go both ways.
