Ban appeal: Banned for rushing

yesterday i was banned for rushing. In was ambushed and insta-killed by someone, and so thought i was only fair that i got a an even fight. i attacked him, but i was temp banned for rushing. i am still unable to connect to the server and i think anymore than 24 hours is a bit harsh for a first offence (apart from placing lava and swearing once or twice.). I am sincerely sorry for breaking this rule, and i had forgotten that rushing was not allowed.

 

You were kicked, warned and then banned after spawn rushing an ADMIN 4 times. you used lava, fire charges, swore, and ended up leaving lava that your Arcadians had to clean up. I hope you think this is harsh, as maybe you'll be more cautious about your actions next time.

 

i picked up the lava after i placed it, maybe that didn't register or something, and i did not use fire charges. also, i was surprise attacked while organizing a chest. i think retaliation is justified, and that should not have counted as spawn rushing, since i never had a chance to even pull out a sword.

 

it's not justified, as you spawned many times and then rushed at me many times. the ban stays, you can wait it out.
