accused of xraying -___-

So apparently when i was mining in my own strip mining technique, nrayf accuses me of xraying because i hit 1 diamond vein, and a gold vein and other iron veins. My technique of strip mining is to kind of go in a spiral direction and make turns when i hit lava i cant cover up. So, i hope this gets cleared up or sorted out in some way.

 

I even went through the mine you made, there was no discernible pattern at all. There was no spiral, it was a direct line from one vein of ores to the next.
I followed you for a good amount of time and you showed no sign of digging in a technique, other than going straight towards ores.
I really liked you man, and I really wish you hadn't screwed up like this. It'll be sad not having you on the server anymore.

 

I really didnt xray, i dont hack at all, the anti xray plugin would of picked it up

 

I know were not supposed to post on other people's ban appeals, but I have nothing to lose. All personal bias aside, I believe without a doubt that awasted was not x-raying. Why? He couldn't install optifine on his own. I doubt he would be able to install an x-ray mod. What evidence do I have of this? I made awasted's jar file the other day. I sent the link on the fourms, so this can be verified. The jar itself is still on media fire and has nothing more than modloader and optifine installed. I highly urge that this issue be reviewed.


I do apologize for posting here, but I find it insanely hard to believe that awasted was xraying. As I stated, he didnt have the means to xray, and having just inherited all of my items, I don't think he would have motive too either.


Edit: Awasted, you can post the screen shot of the sent jar file (printscreen). It will show when it was sent and the link. The chat log on the creative server can be checked to verify my story. I know there is no tolerance for xraying, but there is literal proof that awasted wasnt hacking, and circumstantial evidence that he was. I mean... really?

 

Awasted, in the 48 hours before your ban how much time would you say you spent mining?

 

about 2-4 hours in total, i afk'ed in mining world at one point for a certain amount of time.

 

so what you're telling me is that over the course of 2 hours you found 56 diamonds, 186 gold, and 1416 iron ore, and were not xraying?

 

during said trips, i do cave mining which takes a big role in the iron,(did i mention i have high mining? so i get double drops alot?) I also mine straight within those series of hours, as fast and effectively as possible. I also use Z's fortune pick on the diamonds, which yields alot more diamonds than usual during 2x2 + branch mining. As for the gold, its kind of just there as i strip mine. Plus, wouldnt i have gotten alot more than that if i xrayed? and wouldnt i have mined straight into diamond more often rather than iron/gold?

 

That's blocks broken, not blocks dropped. That total is simply how much you found, mining skill and fortune picks don't affect it.

 

Remember, Iron is REALLY common in untouched cave systems, so i always break vein after vein consistently. Gold, as difficult as it to find, i still tend to find during cave/strip mining. And, as for the diamonds, i also use efficiency pickaxes to speed up my search when i strip mine, and running into 2-3 veins of at least 4-6 diamonds now and again is considered xraying? And remember, i mine straight, which means i dont really pay attention to chat, or anything else. just straight mining within those 2 hours.
