Your coords are wrong. and your entire house is only 61 blocks from peaceful spawn, which is against the rules. The griefed portion is within the 100 block range, and you'll be removing that anyways.

 

House is at -16,65,-1157 and spawn is at -15,66,-1257.
This is by dumb luck only.
