Structural Prerequsites: The only requirements for homes in Sharn is that they follow the guidelines of being structurally sound, composed mostly of stone, cobblestone, sandstone, or the like, be at a minimum of 25m and a maximum of 50m above the ground level of your plot, and generally be aesthetically pleasing.
