Can't connect to minecraft

I put in my user/pass and it says can't connect to minecraft. Even if I do not put a password. I can not connect with any types of launchers. I believe it may be because on certain sites it has-- (ex. https://www.shadecrest.com/forum/index.php?action=post;board=8.0) This site and the minecraft site. I do not know if I am right, please help.

 

can you go to minecraft.net?
Is minecraft blocked where you are logging in?

 

The website, I can go on. I tried using in browser version and that didn't work either.

 

Have you tried googling it? xD
