(I haven't seen any recently, maybe we already have it) Redstone Clock Detector Detects for big redstone circuits, might help get rid of some lag. Some griefers might have made random deadly redstone circuits to create lag. (P.S. the first poster has a Urahara Avatar ;D) GoinRound Sends user to every player, would help check for cheaters.
