The main reason I am posting this is because of the new utility hats pluggin. Utility Hats - http://www.shadecrest.com/forum/index.php?topic=3385.0 Both ice blocks and mob spawners are used in the utility hats pluggin, and are both unobtainable (ice was previously sold at the admin shop so some do have it; ice cannot be harvested with silk touch anymore). I found a very simple pluggin that allows you to harvest both mob spawners and ice with a silk touch pic (you can also harvest fire from burning blocks, but that can be disabled). It might be cool to add this so that the utility hats pluggin can be fully utilized, but some may see this as unnecessary. Theoretically, if this pluggin was added, we should just disable the ability to place mob spawners to avoid mob traps. Also, mob spawners should be bought by the admin shop for around 250r (similar to the old pluggin that paid you for destroying them) so that nonvips can also benefit from harvesting spawners. Yup, if the placing of them can be disabled, then I don't see why not. (Unless it causes lag, of course, but this plugin has very small effects so I really don't see why it would.)
I would love to get ice with silk touch, currently I don't want to attempt to get it because I don't really feel it's worth getting since I can't get ice, but I've got so many uses for ice.
That was my once concern; adding unnecessary pluggins. Honestly I could care less about the mob spawners, as the hat part of it isn't that appealing. However, I would love for ice to be more accessible. Selling it at the admin shop is a good alternative, but this pluggin would make silk touch tools much more desireable. The ice hat does look quite cool in my opinion, and likewise I love using ice when building. Fun Fact: water flowing over ice will carry items at twice the speed. Great for auto farming.
