Towny down?

Hey admins,
For 24 hours now towny (any /t or /res command) has been unresponsive. To the best of my knowledge, the other plugins still work.
Could we get a restart or something? I haven't been on enough to tell if there's been an admin online recently, but it seems like towny's been down long enough that no one's taken stock of the crash.
Any news/fixes coming soon?
