heathqr's second ban appeal

I have been temp banned for an allegation of an offense without proof simply because PieSquared "knows" it was me. Also, the incident that I am banned for is not against the rules. Lastly, I have been threatened?

This does not promote a safe or enjoyable playing environment.

I apologize for the redundancy, but I have tried to contact imaxorz twice via the message system with no response. The original thread was prematurely locked so I could not respond there with my grievances. I cannot log in to the server, so this is the only communication medium that I have.

Please re-review the evidence presented by PieSquared to ensure that it was indeed me beyond the shadow of a doubt (with valid photos, not the ones presented in her finger pointing thread of a different building). Also, please keep this thread open until final resolution, as I can contact the admin no other way. It has been over a day now, and I still don't know how long this temporary ban for this unproven non-offense is.
