Are there any witnesses? What are their IGN's?: Nerudas, Tankexe, Urboiryan (all present during raid, I was not. They told me he warped away in chat, I checked livelog, and sure enough, /home Ellexx)

Did you talk to the people who were doing the rule-breaking? What did they say?: Didn't talk to him.

Do you think they should be given a punishment for this?: Maybe just sit all of DF down and have a little talk with em?

it whas also pjadkins that warpt away and i dont think its fair because i whas only with one othr and thay are with like 8 people and the most were warping away while in batlle i post a replay

Sit all of DF down? Thats a joke as if Arcadia has not broken rules? I dont want to get into that. But I was online during this raid and I was defending it personally it does not matter who warped as I killed them before they touched anyone Ellexx and Pj could have simply just went to there home as i did not see them wile killing urboi and Tank. Also Nerudas was not in that raid, And Apparently DF has screenies of tank swearing at NMB in a /tell I dont know. And why must Ndv make a finger point why not Tank himself?

It doesn't matter if they could have "walked home", that's not the point. The fact of the matter is, they didn't. They broke the rules and they should serve their rightful punishment. Secondly, I know for a fact, Prod, that you were killed during this raid, I saw the death message, and the celebration in TC with my own eyes. I don't think you were "defending the town" after being killed. Ellexx warped away approximately 15 seconds after you were killed. I don't think he had you to defend him. And you know what Prod? I do want to get into this "Thats a joke as if Arcadia has not broken rules?" thing. I'm undoubtedly sure that Arcadia does not break rules, at least not 10% as frequently as DF does. Not our good players, at least. Your town is full of rule-breakers and if you want to deny that, then I just don't know how to respond.

 

Honestly guys, this is getting no where. Arguing over these kinds of things makes no ground. Yes both towns break rules, but im sure all have or will. People will break rules no matter how hard you try and stop it. Someone will always port or grief ECT. Arguing over who does more rule breaking in the town does not belong here as we are talking about Ellexx and a port. This is what the thread was made about, not some other topic. Perhaps if you guys show some respect to one another and calm down, you may wrap this case up. People don't want to hear you guys complain. Talk to Ellexx and fix this yourselves. This is a small thing and should not be made into a battle.

 

^^^^^ just yes. People are so spoiled on the PVP side Max. You took the PVP home away for that EXACT reason. Now, just a few weeks/months later people STILL HAVE NOT learned. You think after you taking it away, and everyone complaining that when it came back people would actually have learned not to do this. Taking it away will cause commotion, but it for the best on the PVP side as long as /town spawn is still there. No warping on the PVP side, that would be the best.

 

I really don't want to ask for another plugin, but I think it would be extremely useful if we got the plugin that required you to wait a few seconds before tping. I'm sure everyone is familiar with it, nearly all pvp servers have it. It's just such an inconvenience to not be able to go home when I want to. I don't mind waiting 10-15 seconds, but having to find some portal in the middle of nowhere is somewhat ridiculous.

3. I was killed ran back from my home and killed them
4. Waiting a few seconds can duplicate items and or determinate them
5. Take out warping or leave it

Ndv you were not there so please stop posting and Ellexx was not in that fight
I rest my case Admins look into this further if not I recommend you close this case and Ndv if you still have such a big problem with Ellexx start a poll to take away /home warps. Okay

 

^^^ On my 5. What that means is the 120 second warm up I dont want to explain details incase Max decides to put it back in but there is a way to loose your inventory with the warm up or duplicate it. Therefor thats a bad idea.
