Max a foreigner?

hahaha so I was wondering if Max is foreign. I didn't think so but after watching his towny tutorials I noticed he pronounces that like "dat". Either he likes speaking with ebonics or he is foreign. Just something I noticed. Let the trolling/flaming begin.
