Firing arrows from a protected spawn into pvp area in nether.

Did you talk to the people who were doing the rule-breaking? What did they say?:
Yes, I told him he couldn't and that i was reporting, he never responded.
Later both Z and nmb tried to tell him to stop, and he never replied.
Do you think they should be given a punishment for this?:
Yes, he's been doing it all day.

None that saw, but blatca and hizeron were

Even after the above incident (and being told numerous times that he cannot shoot from spawn), he still shot arrows from the nether spawn two more times. The last time was in clear view of blat. This is a bit ridiculous.

im just curious as to how many of you guys where outside the spawn camping waiting for people to drop in.

Since I know I've personally seen at least 2 of the 4 in the report camping the spawn before.
