    He killed me to get me out of the way then stole my diamond swords!

    2. He killed you. Big deal. It's legal. Get over it.
    3. If he took it from a chest, then it's legal and you should go re-read the rules.
    4. Everything he did was legal, therefor you need to re-read the rules
