Cape Mod

I think everyone on the server should get this mod.
Then have someone create a custom cape for the server.
I think it would look pretty cool.

 

max or someone actually had** something like this setup, on Halloween everyone had a pumpkin cape, only spout users could see it though

 

Why was I never informed of this.

 

Not NEEDED, but we should add it, VIP only maybe? Wouldn't give an advantage over any players. We could make it so every VIP had a golden VIP cape, that would be a nice touch.

 

Its a mod. Not a plugin lol.
Perhaps there is a plugin for this?
