Ban Appeal for My Little Brother

Hey, I just wanted to make a request that my younger brother, GCupcake, be unbanned from the server. Not that it is that big of a deal if you don't, I really don't mind, but he was asking about possibly getting back on a couple of days ago.

In the master ban list, it says he was banned by Dyno for griefing the marketplace (the old one). From what it sounds like, this is true, but you have to understand that he had literally just started playing minecraft that very week. I was still explaining the concept of the game and the rules of the server to him. After I found out that he was banned, he said to me, "I was exploring a mine and I found a room with chests in it. I took a piece of light from the floor and a guy came in and saw me so I did /spawn." ;D

I'm not sure what exactly it was that he did, but like I said, doesn't really matter to me either way if someone does decide to unban him, just a thought. Thanks for taking the time to read this, sorry if it isn't worth your time
