I saw this and laughed... but I am not sure if or when SC will update to the latest version even if they can. I would only effect the mining world for terrain, but the other aspects would be fun. Anyone else going to have both 1.8.1 and the latest version going? ;D ;D ;D
As soon as there is a stable, Recommended Build for Bukkit, ShadeCrest will update to the newest version. At that time there will be a large amount of new terrain on both the peaceful and pvp maps, completing the halves that are already in place. Therefore, everything we have will still be there, AND we will have the new biomes and such. Probably one week after that time (to give people time to move /homes and chests and such) the mining world may get reset to the new terrain as well. I assume the Nether will be reset as well at that time. All in all there will be LOTS of new stuff on ShadeCrest. I am very excited for the changes!!
