I recently left behind my old house and made a much larger one. I don't want it to be left unused so I wondered whether anyone would want to buy it. I'm pricing it at 750R - that may seem somewhat expensive but it has a large list of features:

- Accessible Roof Area (bit like a large balcony)
- Access to 3 Large Caves (Ores and Obsidian still available)
- Underground Farming Patch (18 patches)
- Skylight
- Cleared surrounding Area.
- Lava dustbin
