Did you talk to the player who did the griefing?
I spoke with dragonewt, the others weren't reachable.
What did they say?
Dragonewt apologized and replaced the blocks he took, and said cory would too. (Since then I believe he has)
Do you think they should be banned for this?
It's the Arcadian rail from the PVP to Arcadia, so it's as much my call as it would be Manglor's, but I think Ianeen, psdaly (he already has) and SubZyHD should be. Cory_iz_legend and dragonewt repaired any damage, so I think it can be chalked up to not understanding a rule, but still they're ok.
Do you need an admin to come and rollback the damage?
Yes, as it's much harder to get to Arcadia

these rails and stuff where all made by yardweasel, I think they should be punished accordingly as all the blocks were spawned except for the fence posts
